Terms and Conditions

Your entry fee includes parking of only one vehicle in your team space. It cannot be moved until event is over. Check-In for contestants is: Thursday, May 22, 2008 from 8am to 9pm, Friday, May 23, 2008 from 8am to 3pm and Saturday, May 24, 2008 from 8am to10am. Due to traffic and safety concerns – there is absolutely no vehicle movement during open public gate times. Public Gate Hours: Friday, May 23, 2008 from noon to 11pm Saturday, May 24, 2008 from 10am to 11pm Sunday, May 25, 2008 from 10am to 6pm

Release

Waiver of Liability: In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the 25 to 1 Fund, The Great American Barbecue Contest or the Kansas City Barbeque Society, their representatives, successors, and assigns, for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grand full permission to the 25 to 1 Fund and/or the Great American Barbecue contest and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
