Every tool has a readme.txt file in the same folder. Read these. They will tell you what the program does, how to install it, and how to use it.

If you don't know where to begin, read the "Suggested Recipies" text file.

If you REALLY don't know what is going on, open the "quickstart" folder, and read the readme. It will tell you to open one file, which will do everything for you. Congratulations, you are now a tool.
