This is a signature/image generator. What you do is, you go to a forum, and you add the following to your signature:

[url=http://aesoft.org/fx/][img]http://aesoft.org/fx/fc.gif[/img][/url]

If you are putting it somewhere else, you probably need to use the HTML form:

<a href="http://aesoft.org/fx/" target="blank"><img src="http://aesoft.org/fx/fc.gif" alt="Get Firefox!" style="border:0" /></a>

It looks like this:

Get Firefox!

Alternatively, you can replace the "fc.gif" with "fcl.gif" for a bigger icon:

Get Firefox!

What happens is, if someone using Firefox 2.0 or newer sees your signature, they see a message telling them they're using the latest version. If someone using an older version of Firefox visits, they'll see a message to update to the latest version. And if someone using MSIE or Netscape sees the sig, they'll see the standard "Get Firefox" message.
